Privacy Policy

How Assistive Touch handles information when you use the app.

Effective September 1, 2026

01

App and developer

This Privacy Policy applies to Assistive Touch, an Android app provided by Inspo Lab. Assistive Touch does not require an account.

02

Information handled

Assistive Touch stores settings, action assignments, and drawn gestures on your device. Its Accessibility Service is used only to display the floating button, recognize gestures you perform, run actions you configure, and hide the service in apps you exclude. Screen content, typed text, drawn gesture paths, installed-app information, and accessibility-event contents are not sent to us or third parties.

The free version uses Google AdMob, User Messaging Platform, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Remote Config. Depending on your region and privacy choices, Google and its advertising providers may process IP address and approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic or crash information for advertising, consent management, analytics, fraud prevention, and app reliability. Premium users are not served ads.

Google Play processes Premium purchases. Assistive Touch receives purchase status needed to provide and restore Premium access but does not receive payment card details. If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message.

03

Use and sharing

Information is used only to provide the app and purchases, deliver and measure ads, maintain security and reliability, and answer support requests. Google and its advertising providers may process information for these purposes. We do not sell personal information. Where applicable, processing is based on consent, providing the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing the app, or legal obligations. See Google's Privacy Policy.

04

Choices, retention, security, and contact

Where available, use Privacy choices in Assistive Touch to review or change advertising choices. You may also manage your Android advertising ID, disable the Accessibility Service, or clear app storage and uninstall Assistive Touch to delete local data.

Local data remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. Google retains data under its policies and your settings. Support messages are retained only as reasonably necessary. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted service access.
